Supplier Contract Package (SCP)

Responsible sourcing is an important part of Mester Grønn’s sustainability efforts. We set clear requirements for our suppliers regarding human rights, working conditions, environmental responsibility, business ethics, and traceability. Together with our suppliers, we work to ensure responsible supply chains and continuous improvement. Read more about our requirements, guidelines, and documentation for suppliers.

The Supplier Contract Package is a set of documents that describes Mester Grønn’s policies, terms and requirements.

The Norwegian Transparency Act and Due Diligence

Due diligence assessments are part of our commitment as members of the Ethical Trade Norway.

In accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act (harmonized with EU legislation, effective July 1, 2022), all companies have a duty to carry out and account for due diligence. Everyone in the value chain must identify, prevent, and reduce risks of violations of human rights and ensure decent working conditions within its own operations and supply chain. The supplier shall ensure that subcontractors are carrying out the obligations stated in this Supplier Contract. Upon request, the supplier shall provide documentation regarding its subcontractors, including relevant agreements and measures that ensure compliance

 By signing the SCP you confirm that all information and documents listed are read and agreed to.

  6. Exclusivity and Confidensiality
  7. General order terms Non-flower suppliers

When major changes is made in the SCP, a new contract signing process will be executed.
